SOTER Management Systems Ltd was incorporated on 1 May 2014 under SIC 62012 "business and domestic software development" for purposes including but not limited to the marketing and support of a Contractor Management System (CMS) and Computer Aided Facilities Management System (CAFM).  

 

On 7 February 2022, an Application was made by the Directors to strike the Company off the Register. 

 

On 15 February 2022, the Registrar of Companies gave First Notice in the Gazette that, unless cause is shown to the contrary, the Company will be struck off the Register and dissolved not less than 2 months from this date. The strike-off was effected on 26 April 2022.

On 3 May 2022, the Company was dissolved with Final Notice in the Gazette whereupon all property and rights vested in or held in trust for the Company were bona vacantia and belong to the Crown.

All customers of the Company were notified of the intention to dissolve and strike off the Company.
